Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the virtualidentityregister.com website (the "Service") operated by Aidolverse LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts & Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Virtual Identity Registration

VIR allows you to register, certify, and timestamp virtual identities. By registering an identity, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the creator or authorized owner of the virtual identity.
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • The identity is not created for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes (e.g., deepfakes intended to harm).

We reserve the right to remove any identity that violates these policies without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)") or as one-time purchases. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • We do not store your payment card details.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy (contact support).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aidolverse LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the virtual identities you register. By using VIR, you grant us a license to display, index, and timestamp your public identities in our register.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aidolverse LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
